In 2003 The Squad celebrated 10years, which is a great achievement for a club that began with 20 members and 5 volunteers all those years ago. There are now some 45 members between the ages of 13-25 and we are open to all young people with a learning disability. Set up with the support of Mencap, Merton Borough Youth Service and Wimbledon YMCA, The Squad has been based at a couple of venues during its life but is now back at Wimbledon YMCA with excellent new facilities.
